In today's video, I'll be opening and reviewing the brand new 2023-24 Donruss Optic Basketball Retail box.

These retail boxes sell for $120 a box on Walmart's website. Donruss Optic features a 250 card base set consisting of 200 veterans and 50 Rated Rookie cards. Each box contains 7 8-card packs. Expect to find 24 inserts or parallels per box on average. Look for Holo, Purple, and SSP Checkerboard non-numbered cards. Serial parallels to find include the new Red Velocity(#'d/299), and Black(1-of-1's). Chase Signature and Rookie Signature Autographs. Insert sets include the returning Splash, My House, Winner Stays, Optical Illusions, White Hot Rookies, Red Hot Rookies, and Express Lane. New to Optic retail is the case hit Phazes insert, adding an exciting chase to the product for 2023. Insert parallels are limited to non-numbered Holo and Purple, Blue(#'d/85), Gold(#'d/10), and Black(1-of-1's). Optic highlights the new rookie class of Victor Wembanyama, Scoot Henderson, Brandon Miller, Keyonte George, Jamie Jaquez, and Ausar and Amen Thompson.
