This is my simple method to root a Moringa tree cutting. First, I selected a branch that was at least 2.5 inches in diameter at the base. Second, I cut all the branches away from the selected cutting and cut it off at the base. Third, I exposed the cambium layer in vertical stripes up the base of the cutting at least 8 inches up. Lastly, I buried the cutting in the pot 12 inches deep. Keep the ground nice and moist until leafs start to form. Keep it out of direct sunlight for at least 3 weeks.
