白天鹅宾馆位于广东省广州市荔湾区沙面南街，于1983年建成开业，是中国第一家中外合作的五星级宾馆。
白天鹅宾馆的早茶在广州名列前茅。早茶餐厅早上8点开门迎客，一般需要提前去排队等位。这里供应地道的广州早茶菜点，如榄仁萨其马、姜汁鸡蛋散、羊城鲜虾饺等。白天鹅宾馆的菜点都是采用新鲜食材由大师傅现做的，在这里能品尝到正宗的广州早茶美味，加之环境宜人、服务好，尽管其消费水平高，仍有不少游客慕名而来。

The morning tea restaurant opens at 8 am to welcome customers, and usually requires queuing up in advance to wait for a seat. Here, authentic Guangzhou morning tea dishes are served, such as Crispy Flour Cake, Deep-fried Flour Cake, and Steamed Fresh Shrimp Dumplin, etc. The dishes at the White Swan Hotel are all made with fresh ingredients by master chefs. Here, you can taste the authentic Guangzhou morning tea and enjoy the pleasant environment and good service. Despite its high consumption level, many tourists still come here to admire it.
After Shamian became part of the British French Concession in the eleventh year of the Xianfeng reign of the Qing Dynasty (1861), a large number of Westerners came here and built over a hundred buildings with European characteristics, mainly including foreign consulates, foreign firms, banks, churches, residences, etc. Most of the existing buildings in Shamian combine Western and Chinese architectural styles, reflecting the unique style of concession architecture.
