Rogue catches up with CrossFit legend Josh Bridges for an exclusive tour of his new garage gym (and basement gym) in Colorado. For years, Josh dominated the West Coast Regionals while training out of San Diego, so moving to the mountain air of a Boulder suburb has been both a big change and a welcome challenge for the former U.S. Navy Seal.
