Introspection — Key to Self-Discovery | How-to-Live talk with guided meditation

Self-Realization Fellowship monk Brother Govindananda shares ways of approaching introspection as a key tool for discovering the higher Self, based on the “how-to-live” teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda.

Brother Govindananda points out that although the process of introspection may seem daunting, it can become a great friend on the spiritual path.

This talk was recorded at the SRF International Headquarters in Los Angeles in 2021.
