Federal Signal Navigator NVG18 Light Bar with dual red SLR rotators and red domes. Bar is NOS and has mounting feet, though they obviously aren't attached.

The bar has 120 rpm rotators that can each be set to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise. I included video of both rotating clockwise, the pair rotating center out (handclap), and the pair rotating center in.

I have a matching pair of these bars and will film a video of them together in the near future.
