Get your body moving and grooving with this 7-minute daily maintenance flow! This workout is done in the half kneeling position to address the hips while working on upper body mobility. You will need two long sticks (6-7ft) and a knee pad for this workout.
This flow can be done every day for gentle mobility maintenance. It can also be used to alternate days with our more intense 45-minute workouts, or once in the morning and once in the evening as desired to help alleviate stiffness and aches from sports training sessions or sitting at a desk all day.

Hip Flexor Stretch @ 0:14
Benefits: strengthens quads, lengthens the lats and improves ankle mobility
Half Kneeling Back Bend @ 1:18
Benefits: stretches the quads, hip, all the way through the anterior chain to the chest
Half Kneeling Adductor Stretch @ 4:28
Benefits: improves ankle mobility and stretches adductors and groin
