Ok..finally got around to doing this. After trying to figure out emulator issues, data issues, dlc issues, and voiceover issues I was able to miraculously pull this out of my ass. As you can tell, the voices are off again. I don't know how I got the JP ones in there last video and I spent the majority of the last 2 months trying to figure it out. I must've done some Houdini shizz cause I have NO clue how to do it again. So....eto bleh or something.
