Let’s make some QUESO FUNDIDO! Aka some QUESO FLAMEADO!

This is without a doubt one of the MOST popular, MOST delicious appetizers from Mexican cuisines. A while back, we made this dish by another name – CHORIQUESO!

And I got so many comments and questions asking how to make it a bit more traditional and with a bit more variety like some Mexican restaurants do.

Our two main ingredients are still the same – CHORIZO and QUESO OAXACA. And we will be adding in onions, rajas, mushrooms and MORE!

Now, for the two signatures of this dish – we’re gonna make sure we do two things.

First – we’re gonna prepare it in away where we get that nice, toasty cheesy crust on top of the bubbly melty cheese…

And SECOND – we’re gonna hit it with a tequilazo and set it on fire. This dish just looks so much cooler when you prep it like it this.
