I used to throw sidearm, like A LOT. I also used to bench press and bicep curl and do all the wrong things to mess up my shoulders so that the last five years I've had to pass forehand shots almost completely.

Lately though I have developed quite an easy and effortless substitute. I am not able to throw big lines anymore. Those days are gone. But now I am able to throw nice little sidearm shots, that will help tremendously on the course. And most importantly, they don't hurt and I don't have to be scared of pain like used to be.
