Prof. Dr. Ozan Erdinç, elektrik enerjisi bağımlılığı olan bir dünyada yeni ve sürdürülebilir çözümleri, elektrik enerjisine olan bağlılığımızın hayatlarımızı nasıl etkilediğini dinleyicilerle paylaştı. He is the President of the Department of Information Processing at Yıldız Technical University and Head of the Department of Alternative Energy Electrical Systems in the Department of Electrical Engineering. He is the editor of Optimization in Renewable Energy Systems and one of the two editors of Pathways to a Smarter Power System. He has over 100 international publications and an h-index of 26 according to WoS and 34 according to Google Scholar. He has served as Honorary Chair, General Chair, Technical Chair and Technical Committee Member in many IEEE sponsored scientific activities. He is the recipient of Portugal Science, Research and Technology National Support 2014 Postdoctoral Research Award, 2020 Turkish Academy of Sciences Outstanding Young Scientist Award and 2021 IEEE Turkey Research Incentive Award.
