After publishing her first novel, Las Teorias Salvajes, the Argentine, Pola Oloixarac became a key player in Latin American contemporary art and literature. Her work is a form of writing that goes beyond the limits of genres and the page itself. Oloixarac will tell us about her artistic journey, her stance towards total expression regardless of artistic genre, her forays into film and singing, and her novels' reception. Her latest book, Mona, is a crude account of female desire and violence, topics that are difficult to tell without falling into stereotypes or morbid chronicles.
