Gorgeous day to mountain bike in Pasadena with Buddy and Ken. It was my first time out there, and I'd give it a 10/10 for beauty. Being a 10, this trail certainly attracts a huge crowd. Definitely beware of the myriad hikers going up the MTB downhill route. The climb to the top is about 1,300 feet and is a good challenge. If you can get over the crowd, doing this trail on the weekend is still worth the trip (1-hour from my house in the IE). The trail is very technical at times and caused me to walk a few parts. Regardless, 99% of the trail was rideable for me and a blast. Get out there and do more of what you love!
