Today we rig up a character in a wheelchair. His head, arms, and torso still move, but the wheelchair stays still.
**Please Note: in the video I forget to add shoulder tags to both arms! If you forget to do that, Limb IK will not be applied correctly and arms will stretch. Don't forget to add shoulder tags on the arm levels if you try this yourself!
Also, the torso tag must be above the fixed line if you want movement in the torso level On the named level the origin must be above the fixed line! Sorry if that isn't super clear in the video! **

Parent layer - Origin below the fixed line
Named layer - fixed line and origin point above the fixed line
Frontal layer - for movement in the torso, origin must be above fixed line
Wheelchair layer - Independent and attached below the fixed line
