Flower cha rassa , aloo gobhi ki rassewali subji or cauliflower, potato and peas curry is all time favorite vegetable dish which goes well with roti, paratha or naan. You can also eat it with plain rice. Easy to make and loved by all.
Cauliflower cooks fast in USA and has more water contain as appose to India. So if you are in western country try not to cook it very long or it will be mushy.
You can also use raw potato and add it in the beginning but boiled potato tastes better in this dish.
Ingredients-
I medium cauliflower- cut in 1 inch pieces
1 medium potato boiled and cubed
1 cup frozen but thawed peas
1 small onion chopped roughly
I roma tomato chopped
1-2 green chili cut in half
1/2 cup chopped cilantro/coriander leaves or more if you like
1 tablespoon cooking oil of your choice
Spices-
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
3 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon salt
Water 1/2 to 1 cup to get the desired consistency for the curry
