I am famous for last minute dinner decisions. This is what Tara and I had the other night for dinner after deciding what to make at around 3PM. It’s gluten free, I had all of the ingredients on hand and it came together in under 30 minutes.

Corn on the Cob
Instructions:
1. Bring the water to a boil.
2. Add a couple large pinches of salt.
3. Add the corn and boil for 5 minutes OR add the corn, cover, turn off the heat and cook for 5-7 minutes.
