2024 CRS PB at RMM

Best I could do this year with the Nankang CRS. I doubt I will get out on CRS again this year, so this is it. Best is still about 0.5 sec off my best from last year on the AR-1. First lap in video is the PB, but was still pushing on the following laps. Watch the delta to see where I mess up!

There is still more time in the CRS, but I didn't get there. This was on a 26*C day, so car was down a bit on power compared to my PB on AR-1 last year (at about 10*C). From this and some other testing I did, I concluded that the AR-1 and CRS are about equal in overall performance. CRS is hands down better on the street though, so as a dual purpose tire, it's the winner.

Will be going back to AR-1 (for at least one set) to see how things go...
