Effective resilience building and water security require cross-sectoral institutional coordination in Southern Africa. Resilient Waters and partner organizations, including GLTFCA, IWMI, and LIMCOM, discussed lessons learned in governing and managing complex landscapes with overlapping mandates. This webinar aimed to engage stakeholders from various levels of institutions in addressing multi-layered governance systems and relevant policy and legal instruments for managing such landscapes, including river basins, groundwater systems, and conservation areas.
