STAR Academy

The STAR Academy, an initiative of InfraCredit, is a transformative solution in bridging skill gaps within infrastructure project financing by nurturing the development of high-potential individuals through a holistic learning journey.

Our training strategy, rooted in the 70-20-10 model, is a blend of hands-on learning, collaborative interactions, and formal sessions,producing proficient analysts aligned with our strategic objectives.

Since its establishment in 2020, the STAR Academy has successfully completed three cohorts, training a total of 21 interns with a gender ratio of 60 (Females):40(Males). The fourth cohort is in progress, furthering our mission to nurture talent and meet the evolving demands of our business landscape.
