Visiting the San Juan plantation with the Blue Samurai jeep together with Dannie and Jeanine on vacation. Driving on he dirt roads we go visiting the 4 beaches Playa Largu, Shon Mosa, Manzaliña and Playa Hundu.
Playa Largu is not a sandy beach suitable for swimming, but features a abandoned small salt plane with only some dead crimpled mangrove trees. This inside waters has been shut off for over a century and does not provide the trees with fresh waters.
Driving off to Playa Shon Mosa we get a really nice small beach covered by big trees, and some nice boulders on the right side in the waters. As you face the beach, there is a short path on your right that has a bench and a spectacular view for the perfect picture. Snorkeling is a bit sandy ocean floor to the right, but heading to Playa Manzaliña are many rocks and fish to be seen or glide true the big boulders.
The next beach is the big and famous Playa Manzaliña with some nice sandy shore. Most of it got washed away with recent hurricanes the last decade, but also still has many corals and nice fish to see. Bonus added to this place is it has 2 caves as one you can find in the corner at the end of the beach. The second you can swim to it following the shore.
Last beach is the Playa Hundu named by the steep hill down to the beach. Make sure your car can drive back up the dirt hill! A nice and cozy corner where you will once again see tons of fish and corals, or watch thee sunset chilling under the tree's.
To end this video we wanted to show you Playa San Juan just by drone because it is closed for public. Playa San Juan has an inside waters flowing in, and has some fishermen houses. Just outside at the entrance of the bay is a nice steep drop off amazing to dive at.
