Diverting a Natural Spring

Here I try to Divert a Natural Spring from running down our road and going into the camp area. I dig a small trench using the Dresser Track Loader to help break up the hard ground.
My plan is to create the trench across the road and have the water run into the woods.
My original plans was to capture the spring water and use it on the property. But when I tried to dig a hole where the spring was coming out of the ground I hit solid rock.
so plan B is to just get the water off the road as quickly as possible.

I am still learning how to operate the Dresser 100G Track loader but am getting better the more I operate it.
So you will see I am a little slow with the loader in this video.
