Mocha is simply a chocolate flavored Cappuccino. For Malt flavour, I used Horlicks (Taller, Stronger Sharper😃) which is quite similar to the Malt powders they use in Cafes and the results were amazing. You can omit the Malt part for a regualr cafe Mocha. I used an espresso maker(buy one if you drink lots of coffee), but if you don't have one, you can substitute it with freshly brewed black coffee. Also use a heat proof glass jar to foam the warm milk or it may BREAK the glass jar.

Ingredients:

Milk: 1 cup
Sugar: 1 tbsp
Fresh Coffee Powder: 1 tbsp
Horlicks/Malt Powder: 1 tbsp
Cocoa Powder: 1 tbsp
Water: ~3/4 cup

Instructions:

Heat milk in pan till it starts to boil, take it off the flame and cool till it's luke warm. Transfer to a heat proof jar and shake the milk till foamy. Now make a shot of espresso using a machine by adding Coffee Powder to the filter and water to the machine. If you don't have a machine, make freshly brewed coffee. In a cup, add Sugar, Horlicks, Cocoa powder and mix roughly. Then add the espresso/coffee till half of the cup and stir well to mix everything. Now add the milk till the top. Add a few spoonfuls of milk foam to the cup. Now sprinkle some cocoa powder on top. Serve hot!
