I tried making Emma's Goodies New York City BAGELS!

Hello! Lockdown 2.0 means time for MORE creativity, in todays instalment i bring you BAGELS! O glorious BAGELS. I was ecstatic at the result and will definitely be making them again. I hope you guys try these out.

The Bagel recipe from Emma's Goodies I used:
   • Assorted Bagels USING 1 RECIPE! ( Eve...  

Things you'll need:
750 gr All Purpose Flour ( 5 and 1/3 cup)
415 gr Warm Water (1 and 3/4 cup )
1 packet Dry Yeast/7 grams
50 grams Sugar ( 4 tbsp)
1 1/2 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Oil
Sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, pepitas, dehydrated onion (whatever you want to top your bagels with)
