This is a guide for finding all of the legendary Pokemon in Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. After Completing the Delta Chapter there are many Post Game Legendary Pokemon to find in ORAS and this guide covers them all!
*Do not change the Game Time or is will time you out for 24hrs
*To Rematch a Legendary you need to Beat the Elite 4

Where to find Ho-Oh (Omega Ruby) and Lugia (Alpha Sapphire) ORAS
-Go to Sea Mauville Basement and find the "Scanner"
-Take it to the captain in the Shipyard in Slateport to get a bell
-Take the bell to the top of Sea Mauville (Ho-Oh) or the basement (Lugia)

Where to find Legendary Dogs Entei, Raikou, and Suicune ORAS
-Have Lugia or Ho-Oh in party and Another Legendary
-Fly to Rustboro and find the "Trackless Path"
-Go to the Ring at different times in the Hour

Where to find Lake Guardians Azelf, Uxie, Mesprit ORAS
- Have a Pokemon with Max Happiness
-Fly to Sootopolis City and soar to "Nameless Cavern"
-Encounter each one at different times of day

Where to find Palkia (Omega Ruby) and Dialga (Alpha Sapphire) ORAS
-Have Lake Trio in party
-Fly to Dewford and Soar south to the rift

Where to find Giratina ORAS
-Have Palkia and Dialga in Party
-Fly to Dewford and Soar south to the rift

Where to find Thundurus (Alpha Sapphire) Tornadus (Omega Ruby) ORAS
-Have Castform in party
-Fly to Fortree city and soar into storm cloud
-Have both in party to get Landorus in same location

Where to find Cobalion, Terrakion, and Virizion ORAS
-Have all 6 Pokemon fully EV trained in party
-Fly to Pacifidlog Town and Soar to "Pathless Plain"

Where to find Reshiram (Omega Ruby) and Zekrom (Alpha Sapphire) ORAS
-Have Level 100 Pokemon in Party
-Fly to Mauville City and Soar to "Fabled Cave"

Where to find Kyurem ORAS
-Have Reshiram and Zekrom in Party
-Fly to Fallarbor Town and Soar to "Gnarled Den"
-DNA Splicer Location ORAS In Gnarled Den left middle path

Where to find Heatran ORAS
-Fly to route 120
-Surf to Scorched slab and go through tunnel

Where to find Cresselia ORAS
-Fly to Ever Grande City and Soar south to Crescent Isle
-Chance of Mirage Spot to be Crescent Isle
