Heizou Is Not A Support

Heizou is not a support nor a sub dps if you plan on using him as sucrose 2 you are gonna be extremely disappointed. This video aims to put an end to the EM vs Crit Debate. EM is good, but not better than investing in the highest multiplier in the game, good. Em is theoretically better if he's proccing swirl and another reaction consistently but usually he's not. Which is why it falls behind.
