We are going to start by examining the mannequin: Examine the right shoulder to unveil the Silver Key. Examine the left leg to unveil the Winding Key. Finally examine the left hand to remove the blood-covered ring.
Take a look to your right and use the Silver key on the door to enter the clinic. Head to the sink and let the water flow so you can wash the ring.
Use the digits on the ring to open the locked door. The lock combination for the dollhouse room is 052911.
Before we leave, remember that there is a closet here near this door. This can be opened and closed from the outside and the inside. Just keep that in mind.
Go down the hall, turn right, and don't get scared, the door to your left will open.

Now go to the back of the room and you will find the music box on top of a table. Use the winding key on it so it opens up. Take a closer look, the scratches on the cylinders should make continuous lines like you see on top. Rearrange them so the music box plays and then open to reveal a pair of tweezers. Grab them and let's head back to the escape room.
Examine the mannequin from the other side of the table, take a look at its mouth, you should be able to open it and use the tweezers to take out a piece of film.
Go into the office near the elevator. There will be 4 pieces of film on a tiny rack, place the film from the mannequin and then re-arrange them as the following picture:
Monkey Plush, Spookey Tale, Baby, Music Box, and Hand.
Now you can activate the camera and a movie will play. The camera goes through a narrow corridor downstairs and arrives at a well, then descends down a ladder.
The projector screen will fall down and show a hidden path. Enter there and you will see a bunch of dolls, the one on the right will be holding a pair of scissors. Take them, crouch, and cut the bandages to move ahead.
Unlock the white door at the end of the hall and go to the Mannequin. Examine the chest area of the mannequin to retrieve the brass medallion. Examine the right arm, There's a 3 closed eyes symbol. Examine the left eye. Move it upwards and you will see an image of a bird flying to the right.
-Take the corridor to the left so we get to a new door. You are going to match the symbols on the door with the ones we saw on the mannequin and place the brass medallion on the top right.
The door is open now. Go downstairs, well, down the ladder. At the bottom of it you'll find the breaker box key. Go up and return to the escape room.

Things are going to get a little bit weird, there will be something appearing right before you get to the room of the music box. As soon as you see it make a U-turn and run straight for that closet and lock yourself in there.

As soon as the big baby leaves the room and the music fades out you are free to go out. Don't go to the elevator using the exit on the escape room, the baby is there. Use the door near the closet and follow that hole to get there via the office.
Use the breaker box key to open it to retrieve the relief of a child. Go back through the secret hall in the office and use the relief on the metal plaque to open the locked door.
Follow the hall, pass the kitchen and enter the room. There will be a closet at the back and a fuze. Once you unplug the fuze lights will go out and you will have to go back where you came from but the baby will appear at the secret hall entrance. You are going to have to run again back to this room to hide in the closet.
Same as before, as the music and baby sounds fade, you're free to go out. Head back to the door and you'll notice the hidden corridor is blocked. You need to go to the breaker box using the main path.
Once you are there, hold up a minute. This is the last step. You are going to insert that fuze and the baby will appear in the corridor, enter the office, lure her there so you can go around the desk and come back to push the elevator button, enter, and then push the button inside to get to safety. If he is too close, you won't be able to push it, make sure he is well inside the room.
