Is smoking hookah bad for your health?

This video simulates what happens when you use a hookah. The plastic box represents your lungs and the hose represents your throat and esophagus. You can see the smoke and brown residue collecting in both. Smoking hookah exposes you to the same poisonous chemicals as cigarettes, and leads to many of the same diseases including cancer. In fact, smoking hookah for one hour is the same as smoking 100 cigarettes. There is no safe form of tobacco.
