This is a popular dessert thats we all enjoy. so learn the step-by-step procedure of the mouthwatering combo recipe juicy jalebi & crispy pakodi by fashionista field.Juicy jilabi &crisp pakoda combination is simply divine.so this is a must try recipe.

Ingredients & Method:-
Step1 : For jalebi batter-In a bowl combine 2 cups refined flour(Maida),1 bowl curd,1&1/2 bowl water,1/2tsp baking powder,1/4 tsp baking soda ,Mix all together with hand for 3-4 mins to make a smooth batter.cover & keep it for 20 mins.
Step2 : For sugar syrup-Add 2 bowl sugar & 2 bowl water together in a vessel ,place the vessel in high flame.when the sugar melts add pinch of saffron(kesar) &1/2 tsp cardamom powder.let cook it for 12 mins on low to medium flame till one string consistency or stickyness achieved.
Step3 :pour the jalebi batter in a kethchup bottle/dry cloth/milk packet.Heat refined oil for deep frying in a wide mouth pan.Form round whirs working closely from outside to the centre .Fry the jalebi till golden brown in colour.Remove & dunk in sugar syrup for 1 mins then remove & serve.
Step4 :For pokada in a mixing bowl add 3 peeled & small cut patato,1&1/2 bowl gram flour (besan),1/2 bowl rice flour,2 chopped green chilly,1tsp cumin seeds,1tsp cumin powder,1tsp red chilly powder,1tsp turmeric powder,1tsp garam masala,curry leaves,salt to taste,water as required.Deep fry the pakoda in hot oil on medium flame till the pakoda light golden colour then drain out from oil.Crispy pakoda is ready to serve.
