Today we’re showing a real example of a bad open-cell spray foam job in an attic — and what happens when mice get into it 🐭

As you can see, mice tunnel right through open-cell foam. This is the second job we’ve seen like this recently — poor coverage and no vapor barrier.

✅ Our fix: spray closed-cell foam once the ceiling is installed.
That’ll create a Class II vapor barrier, stop moisture, and make sure mice can’t tunnel through it again.
