i really really thought i was already 95% recovered, so i thought it was fine to meet up with my friends ;-; anyway, i was prescribed antibiotics since my symptoms lasted for a week and my symptoms are now gone!

i've been falling sick frequently this past year and i think it's because i'm always so busy... consecutive early mornings and late nights are not sustainable in the long run 🥲 it's becoming a real burden to be falling sick all the time because it puts me out of commission for a few days and the work i have to do piles up, so i'm taking steps to be more serious about my health 💪

i'll be drinking lots of water, taking vitamins, and getting sufficient sleep. u guys should do the same too 🙆🏻‍♀️
