There is a recall on this specific part for rust proofing.

Recall # 03V153000

This is specific to the 2000-2004 Legacy and Outback and the 2003-2006 Baja. It should be very similar on other similar vehicles. My Gen 5 Outback was very similar to install the lift kit.

I've seen advertised as low as $199 on sale but with shipping average price seemed to be in the $300-500 range at the time of making this video.
