Body Tapping is an ancient practice, used in Qi Gong, Tai Chi, martial arts, massage, and bodywork as well as modern EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique).
Tapping improves circulation and lymph detoxification as well as warms up your body and awakens your energetic meridian channels.
You can tap with fingers, fists, or open palms.
Start lightly and then tap more strongly as your body gets used to it.
Begin by following this sequence, and then when you're comfortable, tap anywhere you want.
Add music and body movements to increase the effect of tapping.
