When to Pause or End the Play?

Описание к видео When to Pause or End the Play?

When you watch your puppy or dog engage in play with another dog, I want you to be aware of your dogs needs.

Pause the Play:
* If one dog is yielding space consistently.
* If one dog is beginning to snap at the other.
*If one dog is looking away or avoiding.

Stop the play:
* If one dog is laying down and does not get up. This is a sign they are tired and you need to stop the persistent or high energy dog.
* If you sense one dog is becoming growly, snappy or less tolerant.

There are some dogs who are unable to stop a persistent puppy as they do not have the size or confidence to do so. Please step in and hold the persistent dogs collar and give the slower dog a chance to choose play or to walk away.
