Known for their distinctive spotted fur, believed to aid in forest camouflage, the Clouded Leopard (Neofelis nebulosa), also called 'Dhoomil Tenduaa', holds the prestigious title of being the state animal of my state - Meghalaya. Intrigued by the elusive and solitary nature of this feline, I was inspired to write something about it, subsequently naming the song after the dappled creature.

Despite having been penned in 2021, the song is premiering today, exactly three years after the release of my debut track, 'Eleven.' The song's structure breaks away from the conventional ones commonly found in rap music, showcasing a creative design that ventures beyond the familiar patterns. The bilingual writing underscores my pride in the profound sense of belonging that my state instils in me. Additionally, it serves as a poignant reflection on my personal journey, elucidating how Hip Hop has profoundly augmented and enriched my life by delving into the memories of using Hip Hop as a tool for personal growth, showcasing the dedication and hard work invested. It conveys a deep-seated confidence that empowers me to effortlessly overcome adversaries and silence naysayers through the medium of my art.
