everybody's fool || xiao xingchen [the untamed]

So I didn't edit anything for Lan Wangji's birthday, but I got inspired to throw something together for Xiao Xingchen's birthday! Or at least his birthday according to whatever unofficial source mdzsnet got it from. At any rate, I was inspired. (Please go watch the Mo Dao Zu Shi Season 3 trailer if you haven't!! Yi City Arc this season!!)

So this video was incredibly impulsive, and it isn't January 25th in China any more, but it's still the 25th here for a while!

The overarching theme of this video is disillusionment (with himself, with his and Song Lan's dream, with the implementation of justice by the major sects). Kind of a sad theme for a birthday video, but it is an intriguing aspect of XXC's character. He deserved so much better...
