Link between excessive alcohol use and cancer detailed in new report

The American Cancer Society says excessive alcohol use may be one factor behind an increase in at least six cancers, including breast cancer and colon cancer. Dr. Celine Gounder, a CBS News medical contributor, explains the findings in the new report.
