I just received new Dockeeping's video, his another amazing work, this time with very complex story:

Yes, it's me again with another music video I did not expect :-) BTW It's my first in year 2012.
Believe me or not, but the truth is, that when I firstly heard this song on the radio, I knew that I will make a video with it. Quite unusual for me. The song is called "Tears of the Dragon" and it is a single sung and written by Bruce Dickinson, the lead vocalist of the heavy metal band Iron Maiden.

I never heard this song before, but the music and the text charmed me... I listened to it and immediately I saw the story I wanted to do in my next video -- the story of Simba and his father, Mufasa...

The story itself is not complicated, but I tried to bond it with the song more complexly:


Simba, alone in a deserted land, is reflecting on his past he cannot forget.

He is thinking about his darkest secret -- the truth about the death of his father, king Mufasa.

He believes that it was only his own fault that he died when he was saving him from the stampede that he started with his imprudence.

This secret is consuming his soul, but he couldn't confide it to anybody... He is afraid that if he would do so then everybody would turn away from him...

He is recalling the moment he spent with his father under the starry sky, when he told him that he will never leave him. But he did -- because of him...

Suddenly heavy clouds sailed in the sky and covered the Sun -- the storm is coming - and the old memories are back again... and he finds himself playing with his father... just like at the old times...

But not only happy moments are returning -- but also the sad ones...
The last goodbye to his father -- the feeling of his own helplessness - the tears and sadness, slowly turning into the fear of the future -- the desperate escape -- the mourning of his mother and friends -- the perdition...

Maybe it would be better if he had not survived the stampede -- maybe he should have died in the desert...

The memories are over and heartbroken Simba is looking at his own reflection in the water... And suddenly the reflection is changing -- and he realizes that he is wrong when he is hiding... He sees that his father lives in him and his true fate is to be the King of the Pride Lands.

The vision of his father helps him find the way home where he restores the kingdom.

The King has returned!
