Bikepacking München Nizza - Full Movie

In 2020 my friend Stefan and I crossed the entire Alps bikepacking from Munich to Nice at the Côte d'Azur.
The movie follows our journey in three chapters to the Mediterranean Sea. Chapter 1: classic transalp over the Kitzbühler alps, the national park hohe Tauern and through the dolomites to lake Garda.
Chapter 2: all the way around Mont Blanc, central Europes highest peak.
Chapter 3: Over the untouristic the french alps to the sea.

The 18 days, 1.300km and 32.000 vertical meters also proove to be a very physical challenge, especially towards the end.
The movie offers insights in the daily life of a bikepacking trip, lots of beautiful mountain moments, struggles, all sorts of weather conditions a sense of freedom and the joy of beeing on the move.

Im Jahr 2020 haben mein Kumpel Stefan und ich die gesamten Alpen mit unseren Mountainbikes von München bis nach Nizza überquert.
Der Film folgt unserer Reise ans Mittelmeer in drei Kapiteln:
Kapitel 1: von Kufstein über die Kitzbühler Alpen, die Hohen Tauern und durch die Dolomiten zum Gardasee
Kapitel 2: einmal um den Mont Blanc
Kapitel 3: über die einsamen französischen Alpen bis zum Meer.
Die 18 Etappen, 1.300km und 32.000 Höhenmeter werden besonders gegen Ende auch zu einer echten körperlichen Herausforderung für uns.
Der Film liefert Einblicke in das tägliche Leben auf einer Bikepacking Reise, viele wunderschöne Berg Momente, den Kampf gegen Wind und Wetter, ein Hauch von Freiheit und die Freude am Unterwegs sein.
