The Urban Forest Freedom Run was such a great opportunity for us to share our passion for keeping the community healthy and active.
From providing support to the runners, conducting free posture checks for all residents to educating the community about the benefits of regular chiropractic care, we can safely say that this was a Sunday well spent!
