Hand-stitching an 18th Century Shift || Historical Sewing Tutorial

Описание к видео Hand-stitching an 18th Century Shift || Historical Sewing Tutorial

Join me for a completely hand-sewn project: my 18th century shift. This was my 1st attempt at original practice, made before the stays, but people kept asking for the tutorial, so here it is 😊 Is hand-sewing and original practice my newfound one-and-only love? No. I think in the end I prefer machine stitching interior seams, and hand sewing the majority of visible seams. But this was fun and a great learning experience, and a shift is the perfect project to try it on 😉
