Instant Choley Bhature Recipe | छोले भटूरे रेसिपी | Paneer Bhature Chole masala | Chef Ashok

ingredients:-
1 kg all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 pinch baking soda
1 tbsp curd
1 litters oil for frying

ingredients for chana masala:-

250 gm white chana
1 onion
2 tomato
1/2 tsp degi mirch powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cuming powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp chop green chilli
1/2 tsp Desi ghee
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
fresh coriander
1.5 tsp oil
