Day Trading is BRUTAL

For me, its important to recognize these emotional states. Bring awareness to them, shine a light on them, and do your best to really analyze these states. I find myself realizing there is a deeper reason that i get so tilted, usually some version of needing to prove my competency in trading, or to feel worthy. These deeper emotional issues can really sneak their way into Day Trading if you arent careful. I still believe Day Trading is one of the hardest careers you can choose, due to how psychologically and emotionally demanding it is. But tomorrow is another day to learn from our mistakes and ultimately grow and get better.
