Driving & camping Valley of Fire, Las Vegas, Death Valley: American West road trip (part 3)

It’s time to start heading in the direction of home, but we have a few detours in mind before the scenery starts to look for familiar: we leave Saguaro National Park, head North through Lake Mead and the Valley of Fire State Park, spend a night in Las Vegas, and find rougher roads in Death Valley. Finally, we see a landscape that feels a lot like home- the Pacific Coast.
