Ingredients:
5 pieces steak pieces Katla Maach
1 tablespoon Turmeric Powder
1 tablespoon Red chilli powder
Mustard oil to shallow fry
Salt to taste
Whole red chili 2-3

Method:
Wash and clean the kaatla maach.
In a bowl take maach, turmeric powder, and salt and mix them all together. Marinate it for 30 minutes.
In a pan heat the mustard oil and then shallow fry the marinated maach till they turn golden brown.
Then put the chilies in the same pan and fry it fragrant.
