Ayesha's Story -

Ayesha's symptoms started with inflammation in her hands and feet, but as things escalated she ultimately got a diagnosis of RA. However, after implementing a health and fitness regime alongside her RA medicine she saw huge improvements in her quality of life. She has since kickstarted her own health and fitness business and is thriving despite living with the condition.
