Replacing VW Shifter Bushing and Coupler

Today is the day! Replacing the shifter bushing and coupler, both are EMPI acquired from Jbugs.com.

EDIT (2/11/2024): ‪@garyjones2582‬ Thank you for the correction on the lockout plate. I've seen videos of that thing installed both ways which means there's a lot of incorrect info out there. I appreciate your help in making sure I'm not a part of that. :)
