The following is a short mock music therapy session targeting middle school children with moderate to severe intellectual disabilities.

Below are goals for each section of the session.

Hello Song: Orient to time and place, increase eye contact, familiarize clients to greetings, increase fluidity of transitions

Egg Shaker Pass: increase fine motor skills, following directions, increase social interaction, build group cohesion

Goodbye Song: Orient to time, increase fluidity of transitions

Possible Adaptations:
- Start with passing egg with one phrase only
- Hand-over-hand assisstance
