Why are 10 Luigis Stored in this Room?

This is something I've been wanting to cover for a while. Personally, I can't get enough of those little-known secrets in video games, and this is definitely something I would've never thought to check. Leave it to my friend Bonecrusher1022 to search out of bounds in the most random rooms!

The video explains nothing more than a theory, really. There's no way we can prove the purpose of these Luigi objects without asking the developers. But, I wanted to showcase their existence, and we can come to a decently believable conclusion as to what their intended use may have been.
