BIGMAMA violinist Mao Higashide appears on an EQD Session!

Mao's performance is so "experimental”; something you don't usually see her perform in a rock band BIGMAMA. This session definitely shows a different side of her that a lot of people have never seen. By using Ghost Echo and Dispatch Master, she adds plenty of air feel to the electric violin's dry signal. And she keeps layering loops to build up her inner world.

Mao says “I want to further expand the possibilities of my violin and my worldview through effect pedals”, we are all lucky EQD met her in the right place at the right time!

She uses Spatial Delivery's Sample & Hold mode to create a glitchy atmosphere, and Astral Destiny's stretch function to stretch out the sense of space and time. Please enjoy this session that perfectly matches her classical background and the pedal possibilities she was looking for!
