Following a 1000km ride across Colombia, Caroline Casey brings together disability activists and business leaders to build a global movement on inclusive business to create an equal society for the one billion people in the world with a disability. Caroline, registered partially blind herself, is collaborating with some of the world’s leading organisations to demonstrate the value individuals with disabilities can and do add to the workforce. She is joined by:

- Ashley Nelson, Senior Vice President of Americas Sales, Fossil Group
- Dan Brooke, Chief Marketing & Communications Officer and Board Champion for Diversity, Channel 4
- Juan Pablo Salazar, President of the National Disability Council (CND) and President of the Inter-American Committee for the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities (CEDDIS) – Organization of America States (OAS)

This session took place at 2017 One Young World Summit, the world's premier forum for young leaders, in Bogotá, Colombia. The Summit brought together 1,300 delegates from more than 190 countries, empowering them to make lasting connections to create positive change.
